Service Agreement

By engaging Wolverine Property Services Ltd (WPSL), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • WPSL will provide property management services as outlined in your service agreement
  • All communications will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business policies
  • Service fees are as agreed in your individual contract and are subject to our transparent pricing structure
  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice

Client Responsibilities

WPSL's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and will act with reasonable care and skill in all service delivery.
